For A Bit More Purchase

Farm and house buying is easy. You telephone the selling agent, offer money and are asked for more. After a bit of haggling, you agree a price and hand the arrangements to your solicitor, who completes the transaction.

More often than not, there are no real problems and everything goes through fairly smoothly, but how do you know that you have protected your interests, invested well and paid the right price?

Have you recognised the latent mineral land? Can you dispose of the asbestos without cost? Did you know that there is someone in the village looking for pony paddocks? Have you agreed the best finance? Is the barn curtilage Listed? Has a Building Regulations Certificate been given for the loft conversion?

Any one of these issues and many more could have affected the price and indeed your willingness to buy at all.

We are experienced property buyers and investigate, value, advise on and negotiate the purchase of all rural property for a competitive commission based fee, providing the shrewdest investment of all.
