I cannot praise Karen and her team enough for their unbelievable customer service. From the offset they went above and beyond to help us source the property we desired. They immediately responded to my initial email enquiry with several properties fitting our exact criteria, they were very flexible and accommodating for the last minute viewing we requested and once we were approved by the landlord they processed the paperwork in house in just 2 days to meet our move in deadline. Exceptional service, we cannot recommend Butler Sherborn enough and will definitely be using their services again in the future.
