Georgina is an experienced Chartered Surveyor who started her property career in 2009 with a national firm. She has since acted as a professional adviser for the CLA before joining the Butler Sherborn rural team in 2015. Georgina works in the Cirencester office, managing and advising on a diverse range of property portfolios for private, rural land owners.
Being from a farming background, Georgina has always been interested in the rural economy and the issues and opportunities facing rural land owners in the UK. Georgina particularly enjoys working alongside her clients to make the most of their property, advising on a range of issues including; Landlord and Tenant matters, Contract Farming Agreements, Share farming, countryside Stewardship, Capital Grants and Basic Payment Scheme applications.
