Michael specialises in Estate, Farm and Property Management, and is responsible for offering strategic advice to clients regarding the management of their Rural Property Portfolio, including Country House Consultancy.
Michael is a Rural Surveyor, and throughout the last 14 years has had to adapt to the constantly evolving requirements of a Land Agent. His work has included Strategic Estate Management, Residential and Agricultural lettings, staff management, planning and project management, renewable schemes, Conservation work including HLS & ELS schemes, BPS submissions, sporting and woodland management, together with the granting of individual licences for sporting, filming, grazing and public events. Michael has recently joined Butler Sherborn having worked as a Resident Agent for a National firm in Yorkshire for the last 7 years.
Before that Michael was based on an Estate in Dorset, with previous employment stints in West Sussex and Herefordshire.
