I had used 2 other letting agents before I came to Vanessa at Butler Sherborn. Butler Sherborn have been far and away the best. Their service is  really good and when one needs explanation or simplification of the law or the agreement they are always ready to help and make things easy. The whole process we experienced from Butler Sherborn was of the highest professional standard I have ever received, we have sold a number of high end properties in our life and this was probably the best estate agent experience we have ever had.

The bottom line is that you need to sell your house, other agents will sometimes give you false expectations on price, time scales etc. Gavin West was brutally honest with us on price after the house had been on the market for eighteen months and his honesty paid off after it was sold in four days with Butler Sherborn.
