Job Summary:
Butler Sherborn is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager with proven experience to join our team in Cirencester on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in marketing, preferably within the real estate or property sector, and will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our diverse range of properties and services. You will collaborate closely with our agency team to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and engage with clients through various marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Butler Sherborn’s properties and brand.
- Identify key target audiences and design strategies to reach and engage them effectively.
2. Digital Marketing:
- Oversee and update the Butler Sherborn website and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Create and supervise the production of engaging content, such as blog posts, newsletters, and property descriptions, showcasing our properties and services.
- Implement and optimise digital campaigns, including PPC, SEO, and email marketing initiatives.
3. Property Marketing:
- Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and advertisements for properties.
- Coordinate professional photography, virtual tours, and video content to enhance property listings.
4. Event Management:
- Manage the firm’s sponsorship of events within the Cotswolds, including but not limited to Badminton, Moreton Show and Southrop village fete.
- Organise and promote Butler Sherborn’s participation in these events, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement.
- Coordinate with event organisers and third-party vendors to ensure successful event execution.
5. Brand Management:
- Maintain and enhance Butler Sherborn’s brand image and voice across all marketing channels.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to keep our marketing strategies up-to-date and competitive.
6. Client Relations:
- Organise and manage client gifts to enhance client relationships and express appreciation for their business.
7. Contact Management:
- Manage and update contact lists on a regular basis to ensure accurate and effective communication with clients and prospects.
8. PR Collaboration:
- Work with our PR consultancy to supply property details and support public relations efforts.
9. Analytics & Reporting:
- Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare and present regular reports to The Senior Partner, including insights and recommendations for future marketing initiatives.
10. Budget Management:
- Manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effectiveness.
11. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the agency team and property management teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business goals.
- Liaise with external partners, including PR agencies and graphic designers, to create top-tier marketing materials.
12. Meetings:
- Attend monthly meetings with The Senior Partner and the agency team to review marketing strategies, progress, and performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a marketing management role, ideally within the real estate or property sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and PPC.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite.
