Senior Fee Earner
An exciting opportunity for a business like Senior Fee Earner to enhance our Residential Agency team in Stow. The role will involve working closely with clients and buyers and dealing directly with quality Cotswold properties. To have the experience to ensure the Stow Agency team continues to build on its recent success, the Senior Fee Earner role will be instrumental in supporting the team achieve budget by securing new business, agreeing deals, and commercially driving the office forwards.

A dynamic and busy role with a variety of tasks including winning and driving new business with a commercially strategic fee structure, working the database and building new relationships with existing and new clients, identifying new opportunities and generating market appraisals, carrying out viewings, cross matching buyers to properties from other offices, generating offers, sales progression, training junior members of the team, and social media. Furthermore, with the opportunity to contribute and mould the longevity of Butler Sherborn.
The position offers professional and personal career development in an increasingly successful Cotswold firm. The role will also help support the wider business of Butler Sherborn which includes Residential Sales & Lettings, Land Sales & Acquisitions, Farm & Estate Consultancy, Professional Valuations and Equestrian property.
To be successful you will need to:
· Have established experience within the property industry.
· To have a strong fee earning ability.
· Have a good knowledge of the local area.
· Be confident, ambitious, and resourceful with the ability to communicate clearly and to work both independently, and as part of a team.
· Be commercially astute and hard working with excellent attention to detail and a hunger to win and secure business. To be proud of the BS name.
· Be bright, energetic, and personable. To offer new perspective and creative ideas.
· To work with integrity and tenacity.
· Be willing to help train and motivate, and to further encourage promotion of junior members of the team.
