Ben Way

"For all your Equestrian property needs, do contact me. Whilst running a competition yard of eventers, and riding regularly at Advanced Level, I deal with all types of equestrian property. From letting yards to valuing, selling and advising on all aspects relating to equestrian establishments, I am delighted to help. My contacts in the Cotswolds among the racing, hunting and eventing fraternities are particularly strong, and I often get to know about properties before they reach the open market."

Stow-on-the-Wold Estate Agents

Stow-on-the-Wold is an enchanting Cotswold town of Roman origin set 800ft up on the Fosse Way running from Bath to Leicester. It’s fortunes were largely built on the medieval wool trade, and it’s pretty Cotswold stone buildings reflect it’s history. The Market Square, together with the church of St Edward’s, dominate the centre of the town, which offers many good coffee shops, pubs and excellent restaurants, as well as a superb, traditional butcher, Lambournes, and two independent bookshops, Borzoi and Jaffe & Neale.

Once again, many many thanks for your help throughout. It has been a pleasure to work with you and our decision to choose Butler Sherborn to sell our house, definitely the best one.

LET AGREED
Butler Sherborn have been letting agents for my two cottages for some years, one of which has recently been re-let. They have always found me good tenants and, on the most recent occasion, found and selected a short-list of suitable tenants for me to choose from. They handled the away-going tenancy matters and the ever-more complicated regulatory requirements and paperwork with regard to re-letting with seamless efficiency. Their whole team work well together to keep the landlords, retiring tenants and new ones smoothly handled. In an age when good service is hard to come by, I have marvelled at their speed, thoroughness and cheerfulness at accomplishing the issues required. I would rate their service 5-star but don’t tell too many other people!

Sam Butler and his team have done a great job for us selling our property in the Cotswolds, at a time when everything seemed to conspire to make things more difficult. Ben Way’s perseverance and advice, along with the whole firms professional but personal approach, was much appreciated. I would thoroughly recommend them.
