From famine to feast is perhaps over-stating the case slightly, but it is certainly fair to say that we have had our hands very full in the last two weeks. Since the Prime Minister and Government elected to permit restricted movement (allowing our team to begin viewings and visits once more) we have been able to show properties again, albeit following strict distancing protocols and with everyone wearing the requested PPE.

This has been hugely welcome and much appreciated by both viewers and owners alike, who are pleased to see some momentum returning. That said, we are hugely aware that the future remains uncertain; the ongoing economic cost of the virus has yet to be fully quantified, and as a result analyst opinion varies widely as to the future of the property sector.

We have already achieved some agreed sales since 'the release', and expect to continue to do so. We know that we may not attain our original forecasted levels of business for some time yet, but it is important to appreciate those results we have achieved to date through hard work, calm focus and clear thinking.

We are, as ever, available on email or telephone if you have any queries or concerns. In the meantime - stay well.

We are a returning client of Butler Sherborn and we would highly recommend them if you’re looking to sell your property. The two properties we sold with BS were very different, but the BS team have always been extremely professional, approachable and friendly. And their communication skills are second to none! Thank you again!
