The bakery has mouth watering garlic sourdough bread baked by an artisan baker; all locally reared, rare breed beef and lamb is dry aged, and fresh fish arrives daily from the West Country.
The vast majority of the produce is grown and harvested in the Cotswolds, from the honey, to the cheeses and the beautiful handmade butter, as well as the fruit and fresh vegetables, which are garnered from local orchards and farms.
