Butler Sherborn LLP - Response to Covid-19 & Business Continuity Plan (18 March 2020)
As the impact of Covid – 19 continues to rapidly develop we want to give you re assurance that we are committed to protecting the health and well-being of our staff, their families, our clients and any other members of the public with whom we come into contact with. We are very much “open for business” with houses for sale, rent, valuations being undertaken, and rural property being managed – albeit with inspections and viewings only taking place under controlled conditions.
We are monitoring government guidelines and reviewing the position daily. To help minimize risk, there will be no physical contact between staff in our three offices, and we have remote access technology available to work from home, where needed. We have drafted a “Health Management Protocol” for our staff, which we will continue to monitor and review when needed.
Our teams are available to support you in any way we can, and are committed to continue providing the best possible service, within the unprecedented constraints we all face.

Please do not attend our offices without making advance arrangements to do so. In any event, please do not attend in the event you have been diagnosed with Covid-19, or have been in close contact with someone who has been diagnosed as having the virus; you are suffering from any flu like symptoms; you have travelled abroad in the last 14 days. We can make other arrangements, such as a conference call or face time conversations, as needed.
