Butler Sherborn wishes all local trainers, jockeys and owners a successful, and safe week of action packed steeplechasing at this year’s, Cheltenham Festival. The glorious Cotswolds plays host again to the greatest national hunt racing  of the season, with 4 days racing top class racing against the backdrop of Cleeve Hill.

Despite the weather, Simon Claisse, Clerk of the Course and his exceptional team have the course in perfect condition. Local trainers Ben Pauling, Fergal O’Brien and Nigel Twiston- Davies will be joining the English field with contenders hoping to claim the scalp of the Willie Mullins / Gordon Elliot led Irish contingent. A horse to look out for is Altior, ridden by local jockey, Nico De Boinville, who attempts to win the Champion Chase on Tuesday for the 3rd time. Whilst Willie Mullins runs Chacun Pour Soi in the race. Local trainer, Nigel Twiston-Davies has 12 runners entered including the wonderful campaigner Cogry, as well as Ballyandy and Mossy Fen.

Good luck, safe rides and remember the house always wins - don’t put your house on a horse!

At all points I have found Butler Sherborn to of gone above and beyond to help with the process of selling our house. They offer a service that is modern in its approach yet old-fashioned and uniquely personable. We have found they're thoughtful and their knowledge of the market is second to none.
