Local Planning Authorities ‘Call for Sites’

The partner Planning Authorities of Gloucester, Tewkesbury and Cheltenham are looking for potential development sites as they carry out the annual assessment of the suitability of land for variety of uses.  

The development sites will be assessed for a variety of uses in accordance with National Planning Policy Guidance. The purpose being for Planning Authorities to gain a better understanding of the amount and type of development deliverable.

During December of each year the three partner Planning Authorities a run a call for sites to be submitted, although submissions are welcomed all year round.

Submissions require a map showing the site boundaries, having an Ordnance Survey base and being clearly legible. If you have more than one site you wish to submit it will require a separate form and map.

Butler Sherborn’s Rural team offer guidance and can assess your site suitability and as required complete and submit the relevant documents on your behalf.
