Vanessa Carter heads the Butler Sherborn Lettings Team, and together they have won the Award for the Best Letting Agent in Burford, Bampton & Carterton.

Karen Felstead and Valerija Christensen work along side Vanessa, in our busy Burford office. Together they offer an exceptional service to landlords and tenants alike.

A measure of their success is the repeat business they have generated over the years, with some very long standing clients.

Vanessa is renowned for her detailed knowledge and understanding of the legislation pertaining to lettings, in particular.

If you are interested in letting your property anywhere in the Cotswolds, or simply have a question about lettings or renting, do not hesitate to contact Vanessa or her team and they will be delighted to help you.

Drought Tolerant Plants By Oxford Garden Designs

After the long, hot, dry spring and summer the impact of climate change in most of our gardens is obvious. Establishing that pristine, green stripy lawn has been a challenge this summer, and, given the shortage of water in our reservoirs, not sustainable. Many of our favourite garden plants have fried, shrivelled, or even died so it seems inevitable to me that us green-fingered folk will have to make some changes in our approach to maintaining gardens.
