Moreton Show is the highlight of the farming year, and a wonderful opportunity for the local community to get together, exchange ideas and to show case the best of their livestock, produce and products.
The Show has gone to significant lengths to ensure that the event is Covid secure, and as an outside event there is plenty of open air circulation. Tickets must be bought online and will be available online prior to and throughout the day of the Show. None can be bought at the gate.
The Members Marquee offers an exclusive viewing area with ring side seating from which to watch all the events in the Grand Arena. In addition, Members offers the Cotswold Distillery Gin Bar, and Hook Norton Brewery is running the general bar. There is Breakfast and two sittings for Lunch (book online), as well as a barrista café with wonderful, outside seating and excellent viewing.

Establishing that pristine, green stripy lawn has been a challenge this summer, and, given the shortage of water in our reservoirs, not sustainable. Many of our favourite garden plants have fried, shrivelled, or even died so it seems inevitable to me that us green-fingered folk will have to make some changes in our approach to maintaining gardens.
