This boutique hotel is luxurious, but not stuffy. Elegant, but not pretentious. Quaint, but not twee. Owner Jim Cockell’s inspired duo, Rich and Charlotte Tuck, are passionate about what they do and have fun doing it. It all adds up to a unique experience for their guests.
Great food and drink is at the heart of The Old Stocks experience. From the freshly ground artisan coffee served with breakfast to the mouth-watering dinner menus and the unique selection of ales, wines and spirits on offer in the bar, everything is about wowing guests with hearty, locally sourced fayre.
The bar is a relaxed, welcoming place to grab an after-work drink, celebrate with a unique cocktail or to enjoy a quick snifter before bed. If you’re feeling peckish, there’s sure to be some of the bar snacks to tickle your fancy.
Serving up seasonal British cuisine with a touch of The Old Stocks’ signature quirkiness, the restaurant offers a new, fresh dining experience that truly tantalises the taste buds. Ian Percival is a chef with enormous flair, the menus and 5 AA stars are a direct reflection of his talent.
