Estate Agents Cirencester

Cirencester is a thriving market town dating back to the Roman period. In the centre of the town, the majority of the buildings are of Cotswold stone, and date from both the medieval and Regency periods. The beautiful church of St John The Baptist dominates the Market Square, The Corinium Museum is a highly informative facility, and Cirencester Park abuts the centre of the town. The Agricultural University coupled with Cirencester Polo Club inject a youthful optimism and energy into the town.

The King’s Head Hotel in the Market Place offers a lovely place to stay in the centre of Cirencester. Made By Bob and Cote are among many good restaurants, and the town boasts a number of independent shops, such as Octavia’s Bookshop and Jessie Smith’s butchers, as well as Joules, Crew, Fat Face and Phase 8. An artisan and produce market is held weekly in The Market Place.

Butler Sherborn's Cirencester estate agents branch is located on Castle Street.

Our Cirencester office is the largest of the three offices across the Cotswolds. The senior partner, Sam Butler is based in the Cirencester office, together with the Rural Department led by Richard Greasby, the Residential team headed by Sophie Keogh and the administrative departments, book keeping and accounts, run by Jen Regan.

Success Stories

Buckland Marsh, Oxfordshire

Guide Price £725,000

We are so grateful to the entire Butler Sherborn team for their dedication to the sale of our house, which with Brexit and COVID became a marathon. Their cheerful approach, from the office teams to the ladies who gave up so much time in showing people over the house was much appreciated.  Katy’s advice was spot on - thank you!

Many thanks to the team at Stow who's knowledge and experience came through when selling our property. Special thanks to Sophie Salter who went above and beyond and gave great support during the selling process. We would happily recommend this highly professional team.
Mrs Miles, October 2021

Burford, Oxfordshire

Guide Price £1,695,000

We had a very positive experience with Katy and the Butler Sherborn team, selling our second home just outside Burford. The team had good insight on how to price and present our property to the market. A large number of viewings were organised efficiently, working around family who were staying at the time. Feedback was collated in a far more organised and helpful way than any property we've sold before. This was really important to judging the best offer to accept. Once we were under offer the team were responsive to the inevitable administrative road bumps that come with any property sale. Overall, firmly recommended.
