
Ben Way MRICS FAAV
Partner, Head of Equestrian
Ben grew up on his family farm in Warwickshire and joined Butler Sherborn in 2010, after completing his degree at the Royal Agricultural University. Ben is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Fellow of the Agricultural Valuers Association and an RICS Registered Valuer.
Ben deals with a range of residential agency matters, specialising in farm and equestrian property including sales, purchase, formal valuation and letting.
Alongside his work with Butler Sherborn, Ben runs a string of event horses competing at International level throughout the UK and abroad. This practical involvement along with his professional experience, ensures Ben is well placed to lead the equestrian property side of Butler Sherborn.

After the long, hot, dry spring and summer the impact of climate change in most of our gardens is obvious. Establishing that pristine, green stripy lawn has been a challenge this summer, and, given the shortage of water in our reservoirs, not sustainable. Many of our favourite garden plants have fried, shrivelled, or even died so it seems inevitable to me that us green-fingered folk will have to make some changes in our approach to maintaining gardens.
