A new allocation of farm funding, across the UK has been announced.

This year, Ben rides Jocelyn Rosenberg’s Annsfort Simba in the BYEH 5 Year Old Final at Burghley, having secured an early season qualification on this talented young horse at Burgham International in Northumberland.

Ben Way, Head of Butler Sherborn has a new ride in Gold Port, owned by Equestrian Ltd. This scopey young horse had a double clear at his first event at Solihull Horse Trials last weekend.
Ben also had horses running at Stafford Horse Trials, where he qualified two other young horses, So Smart and Delphi’s Oracle for the Young Horse Championships in Osberton Horse Trials in the Autumn.

Richard ran 100kms in temperatures over 35 degrees across country from The Royal Crescent, Bath to Cheltenham last Saturday, to raise money for The British Heart Foundation and Motor Neuron Disease in memory of his two close friends, Addie and Jon respectively.
Richard began his attempt at 8 o’clock on Saturday morning, climbing out of Bath and feeling comfortable over the first 25 kms. He was on his target time at this stage.

Ben Way had a successful weekend recently at Farley Hall, Berkshire with two horses belonging to his owner, Sarah Van Vegchel. Ringwood Madras ran well in his Advanced Intermediate Class to come 10th with a dressage of 37.1
He also ran her other horse, Ballybreagh Quartz, whose test was a solid 31.2 and came in 15th with 8 faults in the show jumping.

On the 1st June 2019 the above Act came into force across England and introduced fundamental changes to the fees and charges that landlords, and/or letting agents, can seek to recover from a tenant.
In essence, the Act bans all payments from a tenant in association with renting a residential property, unless they are expressly permitted by the Act. We have highlighted the main points from the Act below.
